1 Week and an Apology.
i've to apologise guys for not blogging for the entire week. Haha... i should say it's a first.

Anyway not much happened this week, only 1 mojor event happened i should say. I took up japanese class. haha... Full Time Jap Class. haha... Yah, So of u all think i may be crazy right? haha... Actually not lah, language is an useful asset. I'm considering taking up Spanish once i mastered jap. When i mean mastered, i meant passing the nation wide JLPT (Japan Language Proficiency Test). Well at least pass Level 4.

But that won't be anytime soon. That will be like at least taking till the advace level and the earliest date for the test would be this december. That is if i could continue to find the time to continue the classes.

Currently my classes are on every day except weekend till end of May, then i would be starting basic 2, which i would decide whether i want to continue full time or part time. Whichever way, i would still take my JLPT.

Coincidentally, someone also took japanese, if u all know who the person is i just wanna say, i signed up for my jap class first and it's a full time course so i never copy any body. Anyway i just found out only. Oh the person is a "she" if u all wanted to know. People think i'm damn desperate trying to chase such a sweet young thing like her. I tell u, i rather be run over by a truck instead than to be labelled a despo... and further more, i'm not interested in changing my status right now. Single is fine with me.

It's not that she no good or i've something against her, in fact, i think she would make a fine girlfriend, just that there are some people out there who make me look like i'm so undeserving like that. haha... fine... if that's the way u want it, we'll have it that way. I can be just as jaded! HA HA... U walk your side of the line, i walk mine.

One thing u all must know, Jonathan is a damn proud person. I would rather starve to death than beg. I will not kneel to eat, even if i have to kneel inorder for someone to eat, i will do it, but i will not eat. I'll fight but i will never surrender, i rather go down in blazing glory, at the same time take down a few sonsofabitches with me. Oh yes... i'm genuine hardcore, true blue, 100% proud ass person.

Ok i got to end here, i got 50 hiragana characters to memorise and plenty of jap words to learn too. I'm falling behind some of my classmates, damn... they can remember everything they read and next week is katakana i think... i man... Anyway i think my classes are more advance than "her's" so dun u all say i copy "her"!

For the record, i dun take jap for fun, i hope one day i can get posted to japan to work or something. Like one of my classmate who got posted to japan by his company. So lucky. Anyway his company is paying his course fee so he's really one lucky guy!

Anyway my round 3 coming soon! haha... wish me luck! haha...

Oh no... PIMPLES...
My god... the pimples are back again. Must be all those late nights.

It's not that like i've lots to do at night, just that i don't feel like going to bed. A feeling of restlessness always takes over at night, as if like there's something i've yet to do, not done, still waiting for me. Maybe it's a feeling of unaccomplishment... Seriously, i actually felt better coming back after a night out partying. haha...

Or maybe, it's just that the thought of me not doing anything the entire day makes me feel frustrated...

Anyway last night Karen, Dewei, Jiahui, Jack and me went back to the mind cafe and continue our sequence game. haha... It's Jack's first visit to the mind cafe and our second and it certainly won't be our last. We just couldn't get enough of that place.

Hmmm... let's see... It's packed, it's loud, it's noisy and the food was only ordinary so what made us want to go back there? haha... i dunnoe... i think my house would be better, but i guess it's the atmosphere and the crowd, it's sort of a "happy-feeling" type of place. I dun think this could be recreated at my house. haha... Well unless i decide to hold a party at my place with 20 over people trashing my place up. haha...

Hmmm... speaking of that, that dun sound like a bad idea after all... haha... think i should plan for it. World Cup 2006 is coming up too, maybe i could get some of my buddies over my place to watch the matches. But then again to subscribe to the stupid starhub World Cup channel is damn ex, so maybe can shelf the plans already. Maybe 2010 World Cup? haha...

Anyway back to the mind cafe...

Hey u all should try the sequence game, it's damn fun, rules are simple to follow and damn exciting. haha... think we shall pull more people down here. i wonder do they have membership and discounted rates. hahaha... But one problem, we only go there after10pm and stay till closing, that's 3am. Unless u only need to sleep for 3 hours, this shall strictly be a weekends only affair.

But then again, i'm rotting away at home everyday so it's as good as each night is equivalent to a weekend night since i have no work the next day, or should i say, no work for the entire month... Sometimes have nothing to do really sucks!

Oh... i forgot to mention this, i went clubbing with Karen last wednesday night. Haha... Yap, u guessed it- MAMBO! haha... For the uninformed daylight creatures who dunnoe what "mambo" is, it's wednesday night at Zouk! Probably one of the most happening thing in Singapore. But i won't say we actually went clubbing lah, we just happened to be there.

We were there for "the click five" showcase earlier on, then we just stayed on for mambo. But we didn't stayed long, suprisingly zouk was like only half filled. Oh my god, i've never seen so little people on a mambo night. Typical mambo night u can't even move but that night we made it out to the exit from the dance floor in 1 minute flat... Wah lan eh... That would only happen like 3 plus am in the morning when it's close to closing time lor. That night we were out by 1am.

To leave a club at 1am is not call clubbing lor. It's like do u call eating at 3 in the afternoon as having your dinner? No right? haha... same same... so disappointing rite?

Haha... Then again mambo is too much fun and i decide to forgive Zouk for such poor turnout... haha... and give mambo one more chance, haha... this time i shall be back with TJW a.k.a "Mambo King" and the rest of the gang. haha...

One last good new, the Herpanacine is back in stock in all GNC outlets already and i've just bought myself 1 bottle. i got it for $98+ becoz of membership discount if not the actual price would be $120. Anyway in the end i used the money i saved from the discount to get 2 tubs of Ben & Jerry's ice creams. muahahahaha... I just love Ben and Jerry's...

For those who like to know what is the Herpanacine for, it is a suppliment for skin problem like pimples and eczema. How effective is it? haha... dun ask me, i've only just started taking the course. 200 tablets, 198 more to go.

As for the Ben & Jerry's? haha... It's my favourite "happy food", $11.50 for a tub of sweetness-induced heaven, haha... few things come close. It's the ultimate de-stresser for me!

A Better Use for My Time?
haha... I think i just might have something more productive to fill my time! I should take up language classes. Which do u think is better? Japanese or Korean?

Actually i've taken up Japanese classes before, just that i didn't finish the course! What a waste of my money right? haha... But back then, i took up the class with someone i didn't really liked so i quit the class midway. Anyway the person i took with didn't finish the course either, coz she was always skipping class and asking me to take notes for her. That's damn irritating.

Anyway the teacher was alson an Indian guy, yah great... the way he speak his jap was like some crazy guy on steroids. He speak so damn fast and his pronunciation so unclear, i doubt i would learn anything in the end.

But nothing to worry about this time, the jap classes would be taught by native japanese so i believe it should be fine. Actually my main motive for picking up the language again is to get certified, haha... then i can put it in my resume as my third language already and it doesn't end there. i would like to take up other languages as well. Coz one of my wishes is to get posted to other country to work! haha... An expat... haha... To work overseas, it would be easier if u speak their language. U blend in easily then u'll be the envy of your friends. Muahahahahaha....

Haha... If those Ang mohs can do it, so can i.

I now have a new goal in life, that is whenever i can, i would seek to improve myself. Not just to make myself more marketable as a worker but more appealing as a person as well. Haha... Typical alpha male trait- one big "swiss army knife".

So back to the question again, korean or japanese?

Korean is the "in" thing now. With all your "Full House" and "Jewel in the Palace" but Japanese is the more traditionally popular third language and more widely used.

Personally i would learn both if i have the time, but to get certified for both is time consuming, so got to plan properly. I only have so long before i have to start working already. So i'm planing to learn one first then learn the other one when i have the free time again.

But there's a more important issue closer to home, that is to improve my chinese. It has been more than 6 year since i have wrote anything in proper chinese. i need to start writing chinese essays already, the last essay i wrote was back in secondary school. The only practice i had for chinese would be from going to KTVs singing all my chinese songs. haha...

Actually, i think many singaporean still could not speak or write proper english or chinese. Their linguistic skill are only limited to basic communication and could not understand more profound meanings to the language others speak. Which is worse than being call a "banana". At least a "banana is a chinese who only knows how to speak english, hence yellow outside, white inside. A singaporean is now one which could do neither.

The school system wished for their students to learn both English and Chinese and be good enough to use them in society, but they fail to understand that language is a skill which requires life long learning. U do not stop after secondary school. But then, it doesn't matter coz this would be their undoing to their own sons and daughters. As for me, i would bring up my kid to be fluent and eloquent in both English and Chinese, as well as have a good command in one other language as well.

As u see, language is the basis of communication. The more lauguages u know the more u can communicate. And communication is a powerful tool in today's business world. Wah chee... if singapore trades in oil, i would be the first to learn arabic... haha...

Yet another meaningless day...
nothing much today, didn't even keep the house coz i slept the whole day, Woke up, fed the pets then went back to sleep again. Woke up in the afternoon and watch TV.

Seriously such isolation could drive people mad. Unfortunately i'm out of work, no job means no money and no money means no going out. Seriously Kenn Chng was right about one thing; after ns means we'll now have to worry about money already, before that, all we have to do was look forward to the night of the 9th of every month for our pay.

Well, guess this is the price of freedom.

Anyway looks like plenty of people have stopped blogging in the recent months, let us see, i have a couple of friends who's last post was in march or early april. Even for celebrity bloggers like xiaxue have decreased her blogging to once every week. Personally i think the quality of her content has dropped as well. hmmm... well, dun get me wrong, i'm not saying mine is damn "zai" nor is there anything wrong with her's (i actually do enjoy reading her blog), but at the very least i blog at least twice a week and i do not just write about what i do every day.

I believe they each have their own reason for the low blogging frequency, but one thing for sure, they all shared a main contributing factor to that problem and that is relationship.

Having a gf / bf does't mix well with blogging. Coz first of all, blogging is very time consuming, if u spend all your time with your gf / bf, what time is there left to blog. Secondly, your choice of topic is now limited to what your other half could accept or like to hear and since most of your time u spend with her / him there's not much u can write about yourself already. Furthermore, i dun think anybody would write about what sexual postions they used last night, well... except for a few extreme cases, these things are best left to yourself.

So u see, i cannot be a blogger and a boyfriend at the same time, both just can't coexist together. Haha... So in pursue to write the perfect post, i shall remain single. Coz once i get attached, then i could just close down this blog coz all i'll be writting would be crap. Haha... Dear friends, please pray for me, may i not be succumbed to the spells of the women! haha...

Anyway, last week while i was riding the MRT to orchard, a couple boarded the train at newton, an Ang Moh and a chinese gal. Wah chee... The chinese gal was tall and pretty but the Ang Moh guy was mere ordinary. Err... Actually he looked like shit lah, like some prepubescent white mama boy, short plum and ugly.

What fuck man, yet the gal was all over him like he was Brad Pitt. Almost completely ignoring everyone on the train. I though she was some prositute ok! But she spoke fluent english and looked like a typical singaporean, so i conclude she must be local.

Wah lan eh, what the fuck leh, such a waste, such a pretty gal go to one of these fucked up ang mohs. I can tell u i looked fitter, bigger, better looking and most probably have a bigger dick than him. Yes, i may be chinese but doesn't mean i may lose out to ang mohs and definately not that ang moh! Besides, i'm an alpha male as well... leader of the pack. hur hur... So bring it on...

So i just don't understand why such a pretty young thing want to degrade herself to get such a fucked up ang moh... My god... What these people learn in school nowadays...

The whole time on the train she was like damn horny, can't wait to get fucked like that leh... Her fingers were crawling all over him. Wah... If i'm that ah moh i'll bitch'slap her... Fucking no dignity man. She's like saying, "oh fuck me fuck me... i need an ang moh boyfriend." Fuck... If i were her parents i would bitch'slap her too! haha... Slut...

Seriously lah, even if she damn chio I still won't go for her if she were to act like such a slut outside. My other half is a dignified woman. Coz if she's ever get insulted outside, it would give me a proper reason to beat up the guy to pulps.

Anyway i hate these kind of slutty gals, give singaporean gals a bad name.

The Start of Another Meaningless Week...
what is there to say?

Hmmm... woke up at 8:30am, fix breakfast for my cat and my dog, then made breakfast for myself. Good life being my pets huh? Get to eat first. haha... Actually the dog should thank the cat coz the cat would bug me the whole morning if i dun fix them breakfast first... haha...

Like to see what their breakfast looks like? haha... Good enough for humans to eat!

haha... Let us see...
The dog got cabbage, long beans, potatoes, carrots, apple and pork. Look like your mix vegetable set u buy from food court right? haha... nice bowl too... haha... but the dog dun eat from this bowl, this is a mixing bowl lah. I'll mix the food up so the dog doesn't pick her food. If not she would just eat the meat and some of the veg, leaving out the rest.

Haha... one big pot of vege and a slab of pork! Usually my family would cook 2 weeks worth of food and leave it in the fridge, so we dun have to cook everyday for the dog. All thanks to modern day technology- the microwave oven! haha... Yes, the dog dun eat cold food, it must be warmed just right...

Warm the rice first, 50 seconds in the microwave till it's steaming, then cut 2 slice of pork into smaller strips and finally dump the vege in. The heat from the rice would warm everything. Haha... i got it right after 2 weeks of experimenting... haha... I hate it when the dog dun finish her food. Then i would have to clean out whatever that's left in her bowl.

Dun ask me why the dog eat in the toilet, haha... Unfortunately animals eat and shit at the same place. haha... Anyway i think my dog looks like a cow... haha...

Oh... the cat's is the simplest! haha...

Just dried food and canned food. Anyway the canned one looks good enough to eat! haha... U can actually see whole fish chunks inside.

Haha... a wooden plank is place over the sink for the cat. She loves high places lah.

Sometimes she can't finish her food, the dog would end up eating her food as well. haha... Surprisingly the dog could reach the bowl high up on the sink when she stand on her hind legs. haha... I scold the dog for doing that, dogs should never be greedy. Greedy dogs make bad watch dogs. Besides, seafood is bad for dogs actually, many dogs are allergic to seafood.

So much for an entire morning...

As for the rest of the day, i just spent it infront of the computer surfing the net. A truely meaningless day...

Saturday's night KTV outing...

haha... Finally got to scratch this itching vocal cords of mine. haha... i missed those poly days where we could constantly go KTV. Before Kbox and Party World, there was Serangoon Garden. haha... Where KTVs and KTV pubs dominate. These KTVs have disc jockies who would change the disc and queue your songs. Haha... Try pressing cancel button all the way and see what happens. haha... Think those borned after 1990s would never been to one of these KTVs.

Now the KTVs like Kbox, Party World and many other establishments store their songs in a computerised system. No man power would be required and many people could load the same song at the same time. U load 100 songs then cancel all of them also nobody would care. haha...

Hee hee... anyway here are some of the picture for that night.

haha... the "shy" De Wei, austine and me. Anyway Austine still in the mist of her exams. Muahahaha... Some great friends we are right! haha... Ask people out during exams. haha... Anyway dun think she need to study lah. So smart all these Uni people. haha...

haha... Jiahui, Austine and Karen. Wah... Must bring Jiahui to KTV more lah, cannot keep singing that "心不了情" (Xing Bu Liao Qing) song. haha...

Jiahui, Me and Karen. Actually it's always better to have more gals than guys at KTV, coz they would select lots of duets. Then u can gain back some "air time" haha... If majority are guys, u'll get only all the one person song. Haha... Guys prefer personal performance leh, seldom share the glory one! haha... The best u'll get is "笨小孩" (Ben Xiao Hai) or beyond's "海阔天空" (Hai Kuo Tian Kong)... haha...

U do not dominate the KTV with just the mic...

U NEED THE REMOTE CONTROL AS WELL...

haha... How do you get to sing if u can't get to select your songs to begin with! muahahahaha... Never keep the remote control away from your sight. If not, the next thing u know u'll see your song queued behind 20 other songs... haha...

Big TV is good! Lyrics are now more visible. haha...

Anyway i think Kbox interior design still look nicer, this Party World at Orchard look like some night club KTV leh... haha... Oh, their system has a timer one. It will stop once the time is up so u dun get to sing over time unlike Kbox which i always end up singing past the time. Fuck, u can even sing till it close if there's no one around. I think their policy is always to fill their KTVs with patrons.

Which actually is a good business strategy, coz a patrons filled entertainment establishment would appear to be the most happening place in town, a crowd would always draw another crowd. It's human nature to follow the crowd anyway.

The Party World at Orchard is also quite stingy with their tidbits , what the fuck, they serve only a small bowl of popcorns and a small plate of cut fruits. Besides who the fuck eats popcorns during KTV session?

But the worst is the 4 hours slot starts the moment we booked the room at the counter. Wah... Then they bring us to a damn far away room, take our drink orders and by the time we settled down, made our song selection and everything, we've wasted at least 10 minutes already. My god... u can sing 2 damn long songs with that 10 minutes!

Best... the 4 hours is not really 4 hours at all... It's only 3 hours 50 mins... It was supposed to be 8pm to 12mn, but the damn timer cut us at 11:50... Wah... what the fuck!

Something is Wrong
with my damn internet connection! What the fuck, it's taking forever to load. U know what is my bandwidth? Fuck... i'm running on 65 mbps connection leh. Fuck... And i only got 1 computer online. It either damn laggy or keep disconnecting. It's not the wireless problem, think it got problem with the gateway or too many people using the same channel as me liao... Whatever lah. Fucking lag.

Or it might be something wrong with this house, fucking can never get any internet connection to work properly from ADSL to Cable... My god... I give up lah. Wait till i move house next year lah then i'll invest on better equipments.

Anyway i'm just back from the vet. No... i dun need to see a vet, my pets do. Both my dog & cat's vaccination jabs are long overdue already, they were supposed to get their jab last december and my dog got some skin allegy problem that cause her to itch and scratch. She is also losing her fur coat already. Think is from too much of the scratching.

The doctor said the itch was most probably due to scabies, some skin problem cause by mites. Fuck... mites also affect humans, they are those tiny micro organism floating about in the air and resting on your bed! Those tiny bastards... But think this time she should be fine already coz the doctor prescribe some oral medication as well as some medicated shampoo. Let hope so lah. Almost everyday i've to vacuum the floor becoz of all her fur...

Hee... Anyway think the best place to know gals is at the veterinary. haha... While waiting there with my sister i actually chatted with 2 ladies. My sister was too busy on her hp to have a proper conversation with them, haha... so i monopolised the conversation! haha... One had a cute silky terrier while the other has this humongous bulldog. haha... Think it's the common topic plus the waiting is damn boring. haha... So if u want to know any gals just bring your pet by the veterinary. haha... But it won't be cheap! haha... Both my pets treatment today cost $150... Wah... haha... Pets are not really the cheapest friends in town u know! haha...

But i am so proud of my dog today, Kooups is so well behaved. Stood by my side all the while, never bark at other people also. Hmmm... The strange thing is that dogs would bark at people more than at other dogs most of the time. Think they got some way to communicate among themselves. If they bark that would mean they are ready to pick a fight already. So which means they are more prone to picking a fight with humans than with another dog. Wonder what we've done? haha...

Dogs are animals after all, so they are part wild, even if we have domesticated them for centuries. Although dogs are one of those more intelligent animals that could be commanded, but they would only be man's best friend if u train them properly and they should never share the same status as man. You must let them know u are their master and they will have to earn their place. If not they will step over your head and be a more of a menace than a friend.

Do u know that sled dogs (dogs that pull those sled over icy terrains) have to work for their own food and for their own existance? They know they have to work to eat and the leader will always eat first then followed by the rest. Oh... they eat whatever is given by their humans master, usually the organs of animals from their hunts, such as intestines. If they are injured and cannot pull sleds any more, they would be killed. If the leader is killed the rest would fight for its position. This is what it meant by the term "dog eat dog" world. It's a hardy world for dogs...

haha... Anyway today's patients at the veterinary were mainly big dogs. Haha... u could consider my dog a big dog from singaporean aspect. Big dogs look so majestic dun u think, they stand tall and proud, could be both ferocious and yet gentle. They could be trained to do all kind of tasks; shepherds, guides, guard dogs, hunters, sniffers, messengers, rescue, and many many more... small dogs are mainly display dogs and their jobs scope are limited, except for maybe a handful.

Oh and i hate maltese... These dog only are good for nothing and are damn noisy, bark too much, lazy, timid and hard to maintain. Damn fur coat so long and white, and they dun groom themselves. If the owner dun groom them, they are one useless ugly fur ball.

My cat has thick and soft fur coat, make her look like one fluffy plush soft toy. I think it's from sleeping in too much aircon room. But she has better grooming sense than the maltese and like cleaniness.

Anyway i think my cat is damn big also, haha... look like some of the small dogs there. haha... and i think she can perform some task of the small dogs lor. haha... Oh and my cat do play "fetch" too... Anyway the cat's job at home is pest control. She hunts cockroaches, lizards, flying ants and whatever insects that she can

find at home. haha...

So i think they deserved to be well fed, coz they worked for it, although they dun have to work their butts off like those sled dogs... haha... But Singapore isn't exactly iceland. haha... Anyhow i think my dog need to cut down on her meal already, before she becomes too fat.

Oh... I've stop feeding my dog dried pellets and canned dog food already. Personally i dun think they are very nutritious nor are they nice to eat. But the cat still eating her canned fish and dried cat food. Hmmm... maybe i'll post a post about their food tomorrow. haha... If not too much for u all to read today!

But mainly my dog's diet consist of:
1) Cooked Plain Rice
2) Boiled Potatoes
3) Boiled Carrots
4) Boiled Long Beans
5) Boiled Pork! (Yah... haha... My dog is chinese! haha...)
6) Sometimes a hard boiled egg and a slice of Ham...

haha... sounds good enough for human right? with all the vitamins and proteins. Anyway the raw food would come up to $15 per week from a wetmarket. It's slightly more expensive than regular dog food by about $2 if u wanna make comparison between 2 weeks worth of dog food and natural food. Anyway i think it's more worth it lah, coz it's more healthy for the dog. My cat do get some steamed fish occasionally too. haha... Good life right? haha...

YaY... And finally KTV tonight!! haha... With Karen, Jiahui, Austin (Powers without the "e"... haha... some old joke lah...), De Wei and your's truely- ME! haha... 5 only... haha... means more "mic" time. haha...

Spring Cleaning, Day 3...
Not much done today except for emptying out my table drawers and repacking all the stationaries. Haha... Yah, my table drawers only got stationaries, pen, pencils, colour pencils, rulers, whatever, u name it it's all there. haha... So now u know, dun ask me where to get pen & paper next time. haha... As for more personal stuffs? hee... They are all hidden in my cupboard. Dun bother searching coz they are all locked up! haha... Ah Foo & Ah Neo still wanna know where i kept my "things" right? haha...

Went out to United Square and Novena Square to get some groceries and modular boxes to pack my stuff into. These modular boxes look neat and save space, very easy to pack and organise. Anyway i spend $60 on groceries today at Cold Storage! Siao right? yah i know... Oh my god... i couldn't believe it when the cashier told me the price! For the first timein my life i rechecked the receipt. Coz i took all the no-frills items and all the 2-or-3-for-cheaper-price items. haha... Oh fuck... must be the Ben & Jerry ice cream and the turkey ham... and... Sushi... haha...

Yah, i had sushi for lunch! Yay!! I Love Sushi!

Anyway i got some files and folders from United Square's Popular too. Haha... Think popular is the most value-for-money stationary shop (provided u got member card... hee...), i got all my files & everything for a surprising $10... Wah... I thot it would come up to $14 plus lor.

The modular boxes are the most troublesome one, tried looking for them at United Square & Novena Square but can't find any, in the end i've to haul all my stuff to the market near my place to get. Wah lan eh... But fortunately manage to get them.

Oh anyway i rented DVDs again... haha... Damn bored lah...

Oh... and ultra good news! The army has paid me my IPPT Gold and Markman money liao... haha... This month got some money to tide me over liao. Although i'd wish this money could get me my Ipod Video or Creative Vision: M. It would be more meaningful like that. But just too bad i'm not working yet, so they can wait... Anyway i got myself the Jacky Cheung "Snow Wolf Lake" Chinese Version CD, i got the cantonese one already, only dun have the chinese one. Hee... MY CANTONESE ONE IS A COLLECTOR'S EDITION LEH!! hee... Anyway think u all dun know this, but i love musical. Haha... Told u all i was cultured liao. haha... U think i ah beng ah? haha... I love this musical, only dun have the chance to go see it! The chinese one was held in Singapore last year. OMG... too bad i missed out liao. The cantonese one was held in Hong Kong when i was like 15? 10 years liao loh...

Want to blame? Blame the god damn NS lah, can't plan anything. Fuckers.

But even if i could go i might not have went. Coz i still remembered 10 years ago i made a promise to myself i would go with my gf to watch. I dun have one now, so no point watching lah. My friends also won't waste this type of money of money on Musical, u're talking about $200 ticket pax. Given this kind of money think alot of them would rather spend on clubbing, opening bottles and treating gals. At least it would give them a higher chance of getting laid...

Speaking of getting laid, U won't believe what some guys talk about when i was in camp, about how they almost laid this gal if not for this or for that... Or for some guy sleeping in the same room. Wah... Look, if cannot fuck, then dun fuck. Dun have to try so hard to make it happen. Anyway it would make the gal look cheap and disrespectful. U won't see a cheap person with me. If u see me with a gal, she's the most respectful person in my heart. Haha... But that another story.

Anyway it's very distasteful to "kiss & tell", but guys will always be guys, to be honest i'm also guilty of leaking out some information sometimes. In a testosterone driven male society, u dun want to appear wimpy dun u? But it's a different story between saying "that girl" and "a girl", especially when everybody knows who "that girl" is. It's puting a face and a name to a subject. Wah fuck... that is down right despicable! "A girl" would be my extend on this subject, at least no one knows who she is. Also it would be minimum details. It would be wrong of anyone to use someone else's dignity to elevate his own male social standing.

Ok, back to "Snow Wolf Lake"...

Haha... But actually there was also another option lah, haha... 10 years ago i knew this gal call Guiling, Haha... She also very into this "Snow Wolf Lake" one, haha... actually she very into Jacky Cheung, haha... Just like me. I said we would go together to watch if it ever come back again. Haha... But that was 10 years back! Besides, i lost contact with her already. haha... I really hope "Snow Wolf Lake" would do one last appearence! I would hope to fulfill this wish of mine even if i've to travel to the other end of the world to watch.

Ok... and now back to my room packing.

Hmmm... Actually not much things left lying around already, think give or take tomorrow i would most probably finish packing my room. Anyway, i went thru some of the stuff that an Ex gf of mine gaved me. I should say those gifts and letters really brings back lots of memories, some happy, some sad and some really regretful feelings. Taking in a deep breath, plucked up some courage, i went thru the letters and gifts, sort them out, and pack them up neatly.

Haha... Silly me, i thot it would saved me some space packing up all the letters and gifts, but actually to begin with, it's already packed neatly, just that now it's more neat! haha...

So any after thots? Hmmm... Just that if given another chance to turn back time to that precise moment, i would have done it differently, it might have made a difference.

Human are like this, when u have everything, u would fail to see what's important, only when u lose everything u would see it clearly. With all your material gains, it actually obscure your view. But must we be striped of everything before our eyes could be made clear again.

Which is why i think i should stay single, i'm tired of this hurting of each other. Becoz twice i've made this mistake, and didn't realised it until it's too late. Ok, i shall be really frank tonight, in 2 period of my life there were 2 gals that truely really loved me, but i never realised it till too late. I shall not elaborate on it let's just say first time it was becoz of pressure from my friends while the 2nd time was from my own pride. I can say what the hell was i thinking back then, but back then i was a different jonathan.

The Jonathan in Secondary school was a super sport jock, a cross country school team captain, while the Jonathan in Poly was a top performing school athelete, a canoeing captain reigning in the medals. With success comes arrogance.

Regrets? Yah... Plenty to regret, but what's done cannot be undone, we can only control what has not happen yet. What has not happen is in the near future a gal would become my girlfriend, so before that happens and i end up breaking her heart, i would rather stay single, so i would not make the same mistake again. The loneliness is much lighter to bear compare to a broken heart. So it's my loneliness to trade for someone's happiness. I say it's a fine trade.

I'm not asking for sympathy, coz i think i deserve much worse. If it meant anything at all, i would like to say i'm sorry, sorry coz it's my fault after all. Well... All of them have boyfriends now. I sincerely wish for them happiness and may their boyfriends be a better man than me. Then i can at least find an excuse to find peace with myself.

Well... Some of u might say it's not my problem any more. But if u have ever loved before, then u would know the feeling of love dun exactly disappear, they linger even after they withered. If u have not felt that way before then u have not yet truely loved. To love is also to care. A little love cares a
lot...

And this is also what i meant by the excess baggage i carry from each relationship. With each relationship, my love, my care and my concerns are further divided among my past relationships. I would still love and care for my ex girlfriends, but it may not be as much. U can't deny that she once meant something to u and to disregard that and treat her like stranger? I just can't do that...

I'm not bastard enough...

Spring Cleaning!!
Surprisingly after i ORD i've not kept all my army stuff till yesterday. OMG... so many things!! actually half are junks lah. Yesterday i threw away 1 black trash bag of rubbish and today another black trash bag of rubbish.

Haha... Can't be helped, back when i was in the army, u might never know what would come in handy one day so u kept everything. haha... Only when u ORD already u realised half of the things u will never use in the civilian world. haha... Which means half of what u do in army has no relation to the real world... haha... Dun get me? haha... U will if u have been in the army.

Anyway if i were to pack up all my army stuff i would have to clear up some cupboard space for it. Unfortunately space is not a luxury in my room, so somethings must go. Basically i have removed a quarter of the stuff in my cupboard which has now become trash... Haha... Not exactly lah, but they are no longer useful or needed, hence taking up space. Then somethings must be relocated to more appropriate places, to maximise space usage...

Oh it's great time for me to do some repacking, some of the things i dun even know where i left them till i did my packing today.

Surprisingly i managed to packed all my army stuffs into one section of the cupboard! haha... And i made it easily accessible too! Just for those soon to come ICTs... IN CAMP TRAININGS! Argh....

In this world, somethings could easily be thrown away but somethings could not. I have somethings that i have a hard time packing, even till now i could not pack them up or do anything about them. Just brings about lots of feelings seeing them. No, i'm not sentimental, but i am human. Humans have feelings and memories.

U can ignore these feelings and memories but u can never get rid of them, they will become a part of u. U can hid them but one day u would somehow bound to dig them up again. Just like somethings we keep in the cupboard, hiden from view, almost forgotten until one day u decides to pack your cupboard then u realised it has been there all along.

Throw them away u would say, but it's not such a simple matter. It has became a part of my memory already, if i throw them away, i would not feel right, becoz i could not throw the memories away. If i were to throw, it would only be the reminder i'm throwing away. The memories still remains.

Life is full of dilemmas.

What u can do is live with it like it has been in the cupboard, once in a while take them out to have a look. Just like your memories, where once in a while u would sit back and remember somethings. Good or bad, happy or sad, it will never be washed away. It might make u smile, it might hurt, it might make u laugh, it might make u cry, whatever it might, it makes u more human. ^_^

Your existance of your life is in your memories, to forget them is to forget about yourself. What u were and what u are. Somethings i really wished i could forget but what would be of me now if i dun have these memories. Happier? Would i have known happiness without knowing sadness? And if i've not known happiness before, would i have known what is sadness?

Haha... Jonathan is so profound again... haha...

Anyway i'm listening to 張學友's 怎麼捨得妳. It's a very very nice song... Very touching lah. Too bad i can't load the damn song onto my blog if not i could share it with u all. If u all have the time go download to listen or something. It's a cantonese song lah, the chinese version is called 不想失去你. Er... the intro portion of the chinese version sounds a bit funny lah, but after that it's ok. Hee... But i still prefer the cantonese one more. It has more meaning and it also means more to me!

This is more difficult than i thot!
Oh fuck... i can't believe this, i can't get the quicktime plugin to work... 1st of all, i can't find a website to host my music, the others get geocities to host their mp3 file, but i just can't get it to upload the file. It just doesn't accept .mp3 or .wma files. Basket... Lots of problem... think i'll just stop work for today... Anyway this shall be my shortest post ever... Muahahahaha...

Oh beside that, my internet connection seem to have problem. It keep disconnecting now and then, but the biggest problem is i'm using cable! Cable dun disconnect... dunnoe what the fuck is wrong lah... *sigh" these 2 months are just not my months... everything all seems to be against me!

Job interview, internet... dunnoe lah...

Raining today, Raining every other Day...
Seems like there is no stop to the rain. Every day it's raining and it only rain in the afternoon, when u decides to go out! Damn... Think the rain is against me. Anyway i am damn bored at home again, nothing to do, my mom is out working, my sis has went out again, and i'm stuck at home alone and no lunch...

Too lazy to cook for myself. Also no point lah, coz to take out all the meat & vege to defreeze and cook is a waste of time & effort. I would only cook if there is at least 2 person eating. If not dun waste time lah. Go food court eat would be cheaper also.

Anyway the logic of cooking and eating at home is cheaper only applies if there are more than 4 person eating. Er... how to explain to u neh? very complex lah... But trust me, 1 person eat would be cheaper if u eat out...

Speaking of raining, just now when i close the window, i realised the condo next block is too damn close! i can see the other end of the wall of their room! Which means i can see every god damn thing in their room! WHICH also means they can see MINE! Wah... this HDB and the condo developers no fucking brains one leh! Anyway it too close for comfort already! Now fucking raining & i've to draw the curtains. It's so damn dark already still draw the curtain and now i've to turn on the light in broad daylight. Waste my electrical bill!

Then they always compain of people walking naked in their own house. Wah... poeple want to do what in their house is their fucking business mah, nobody ask u go look mah... Wah... look already then go wank yourself and still want to compain ah? wah... Singaporeans ah... Fuck... Yah... If u want to blame, blame all the housing developers and HDB.

They build our homes any closer to each other u can see people showering already and then u can go complan that someone is showering right outside your window.

To coexist peacefully with each other is very simple. What u dun like to see, dun purposely go see. What u dun like to hear, dun purposely go hear. In simple terms, dun "kay poh"! But then again, humans are "kay pohs" in nature. Just that Singaporean like to "Kay Poh" already then make a big fuss over it.

Ok... So much for the topic of invasion of privacy...

Now let's talk about yesterday!

Yesterday was a productive day, i managed to feed the pets, sweep the house, take down the previous day's laundry, fold the clothes, do more laundry and hang them out to sun, wash the dishes, water the plants, watch finish all the DVDs i've rented, returned the DVDs and even managed to meet Jiahui, Karen and De Wei for supper. Er... It was actually lunch, dinner and supper, all into one for me. I didn't have anything to eat yesterday.

Went "Mr Bean" first for something to eat. Haha... Actually it was only just me & jiahui eating only, we haven't had our dinner yet while the rest ate already i supposed. Then went to play pool at parklane (My Fav!) till 1:30am then we proceed to "Mind Cafe" for some drinks and game. This "Mind cafe is opposite parklane lah, along the stretch with all those pubs. Not a bad place, thought i thot the music was a bit too loud. I thought soft music might be better.

Anyway this "Mind Cafe" is like the "Settlers Cafe" where u can play board games and card games there. They charge by the hour, so u can continue stay there play game till u run out of money. haha... I think the price was ok lah, the 4 of us stayed there from 1:40am to 3:30am and we split the bill to $9 per person. This includes each of us ordering a drink and sharing a pizza.

Haha... Think i'll be back again! Haha... And this time "Jonathan-the-protectorate" shall spare no mercy to his opponents! muahahahaha...

Wait... i forgot to mention! "Mr Bean" service sucks! Service rating is 1/10... OMG... The service was horrible the monent u stepped in. As if like they dun welcome u! Then i ask this waitress to join a table for us so we could seat 4 persons, she gave me the very reluctant look and the like "why-u-so-troublsome" type of look! Oh yes... I was pissed... She later join this 2 tables of different heights. Wah... So fucking unbalanced how to eat... Either she is dumb or lazy lah! But from the looks of it i think she's both...

These are the case of those part timers whom i say have no pride in their work. They better dun tell me they are some JC students going Uni, coz i would quit my job if they ever get up to management level. These people would ruin the company in 1 day! For many jobs, it could be a life of death situation.

Imagine if you are an Assistant Aeronautical Engineer, wah... sound so zai, but if u are lazy and fail to see a leak in the fuel line, or some loose bolts or nuts, imagine the danger it would cause to all the passengers on the aircraft. If a lift repairman fails to do his job properly, i think u would rather take the stairs instead.

Your Pride and your performance is what people will admire u for. Not admire your job. If not, u are just merely borrowing someone else's accomplishment to make yourself look good. Everybody makes a difference so stop peeping into other people's house and complaining and start doing something useful- like doing your job properly.

Oh Fuck!!
i was blogging halfway just now then i went to restart my damn computer without saving my work. Fuck!! All no thanks to the damn MS Window Updater. I just downloaded the update and the fucker kept prompting me to restart my computer. I press the "Restart Later" button 4 times throughout my work until the fifth time i press the wrong one! The "Restart Now" button! Then all my work all gone! I almost finished typing already u know! Now must restart all over again! FUCK!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway i'm very pissed... Cut the long story short. Here's a summary of today's post:

Welcome back from ATEC Thailand all my 3 coy friends. Hope u kick those bloody ATEC Opforce butts. Glad to see u all back. Anyway i heard battalion mission gonna fight here in singapore is it? Haha... Just hang in there lah, going to be over soon! ORD just round the corner.

Then the news of 2 poor suckers got shot by farmers in thailand were true after all. Both are ATEC controllers lah, our camp people, either CRF or SOF lah. How the fuck they get shot i wouldn't know. Most prob act or say something stupid, not unheard of of singaporeans, especially SAF regulars... haha... Anyway they got hit by a shotgun, one in the shoulder and one in the face.

From what i see of it most probably was from a damn far away distance, >50m, coz they are still alive. If not they won't have anything left. haha... Most probably both got hit by the same shot coz the pellets will disperse upon firing so... it make sense that the dispersion hit both guys. One in the face the other in the shoulder if they were standing together.

Then yesterday, Me, Kenn Chng, Foo & Fong (yes... welcome back to singapore fong!) went to Marina Square's Sakae Sushi for dinner. Wah... The queue damn long, the waiting is also damn long! Haha... But want to eat good food and yet on a tight budget so no choice lor. In the end we split the cost it worked out to be $13 per person so quite worth it!

Anyway that's beside the point, we met out for dinner and also to discuss a certain someone's problem. Very troubling indeed.

Er... Actually is no big deal lah, everyone have to go thru it one time or another, i've been thru it, so has Ah foo...

Well the problem is Love...

Oh damn it lah, actually just now i've type one whole very profound meaning on love then i go and restart the computer. ok... Long story short, here goes...

Love is many things (Love is Patient, Love is Kind, Love is Unconditional, etc...), but love is also a freedom of choice, we choose who we want to be with and no one can force us. If u force love then it is not called love any more. Love is being with someone dispite everything under the sun and yet it doesn't require anything in return.

Love cannot be traded, u can't buy love, u don't buy gifts or give lots of money hoping someone would love u back. Love is not a trade. If u really could buy love, than u might have to worry about your rich best friend, her richer next door neighbour and that fucking richest MP daddy's son. There would be so many things to worry about if that is the case.

In actual fact, love is free, it doesn't cost a penny, yet it is priceless because, nothing in this world can buy it, it has to be given to u and u would be the only one to have it. Yet u don't own it, because it is not traded and u don't buy it, so it could be taken back anytime. It is something like... i lent u this pen, u can use it all u want, but when i realised u do not need it anymore or i need it more than u, i can take it back. If u dun return the pen what would that make of u?

For me i would like love to be free. Given to me only because the girl wants me to have her love and not neccessary i deserve it u know (which explains why some bastards get the gal... haha...). But at least it put my mind at ease, i'll be happy to know that the person loves me not because i can provide for her, not because i earn lots of money, have the most respectable job or drives a damn cool car, not because i'm nice to her or buy her lots of gifts but only because shs wants to...

Being nice to someone who loves u is something like a token of appreciation. The person doesn't expect all these of u. Love has never been about reward. Likewise u don't return love for love. U love the person only because u wanted to, not because that person loves u first...

Because, someday down the road, someone begins to lose that loving feeling, will u not love that person anymore?

Wahhh... So profound... haha... Anyone like to argue that? Post it on my tagboard!

Yet Another Unproductive Day.
Wasted another day today.

Woke up, brush my teeth, kept my bed, kept my room, then headed straight to the TV, turned on the DVD player and played one of the many DVDs i've rented last Friday! Ha! I've managed to watch 2 movies back to back before i gave up and went back into my room to play Warcraft III on Battlenet.

But got bored soon after, and went to surf the net.

Then out of nowhere i decided to play the piano today. Printed some free music sheets off the web hopefully easy enough for me to play. Unfortunately that was not the case, it has been 3 years since i last touched the piano. My fingers felt as stiff as twigs when i touch the keys. My god... Back to basic once again.

Hmmm... maybe it's a good time to start playing the piano once again. Haha... But now it's for my own listening pleasure, for my own enjoyment and basically a better way to waste the time away. haha... When i was young, it was about passing piano exams and making my parents happy, then when i grow older it was playing for my girlfriends. Or should i say EXgirlfriends. Haha... Think now i should play for myself.

Anyway the piano is not really a very good tool to impress a girl, think a guitar would do a better job. haha... First of all, the piano is not portable, u'll have to ask the girl over to your place first. How the hell are u going to ask a girl over to your place without her thinking that u might be a pervert.

Like ask,

Me: "Hi... Wanna come over my place?"

Girl: "What for?"

Me: "Er... i want to play the piano for u, u want to listen to me play?"

Girl: "Siao Ah? Go all the way to your house then after that do what?"

Me: "Er... we can watch TV?"

Girl: "watch TV? U think i'm still a little girl is it?"
GIrl: "wait a minute... dun think i dunno what sick thoughts u harbouring!"
Girl: "Playing the piano?! is that what u call it now u sick bastard?"
*Slap*

Me: "No wait i just want to play 童话 (Tong Hua) for u..."

Haha... There u have it, not a wise choice to ask girls over just to listen to u play the piano. The guitar will win hands down. Anywhere and anytime. Portable and convenient! At the beach? no problem! whip out that guitar and start serenading under the moonlight. Oh so romantic. Fastest way to get lucky! haha...

Ok... Back to me playing the piano.

I tried playing the Kenn Chng's Favourite 童话 (Tong Hua) today. I thought it was supposingly a simple piece. 3 pages only, the song was written, composed and sang by 光良 (Guang Liang). Haha... I thought wrong! Fuck! Got so many sharps, the whole damn piece was played on black keys. I only managed page 1 today. i gave up 2 hours later.

Reason 1, there are so many damn notes bunched together i couldn't read them fast enough, not to mention i kept playing the wrong notes the entire time and reason 2, i'm no longer familar with the positions of the keys. My fingers need to do more walking. haha...

Yah yah... My piano skill is like shit, but i'm making an effort ok. When i was still attending piano lessons, i had my piano teacher to guide me, now i'm on my own. I've to look at those damn bean sprouts and picture how the piece is going to be played.

Anyway one of my piano string is broken. Sounds damn weird when u hit that note. Anyway my piano is out of tune already. Got to send somebody to service it already!

Hmmm... Think i'm growing fat from eating & sleeping so much! Think i'll go running tomolo morning then do some housekeeping. Today i have not done anything.

Hee... And Kenn Chng... If i managed to finish learning how to play 童话, we go perform for your sister to hear... muahahahahaha... I'll play the piano and u will sing... hahaha...

Haha... Hear that? Hear that? Turn up your speakers! muahahahaha... This is the first english song that my blog has ever broadcast! haha... SO... to all my non chinese & "non chinese speaking" chinese friends... haha... say thank u! I'm finally playing something u all understand! haha... Finally!

Why? surprising right? haha... actually i do listen to english song just that i thought chinese songs would irritate some of u more! muahahahaha... No lah, but i do find chinese song lyrics quite poetic lah and most of the time they do make better discription of my feelings. Or either it just means that my english is just too damn poor to understand anything. haha... Whatever... haha...

Recently i've been looking for this Suppliment call Herpanacine from GNC. But everywhere sold out already. Finally today i gave up looking and left the lady my number, asking her to call me once they got stock! Anyway this Herpanacine is for acne related problems lah, but seems like alot of people are having acne outbreaks now! muahahahaha... All the Herpanacine sold out liao...

Hmmm... Seems like this Herpanacine is not bad after all if not it won't be in such hot demands. Personally i've not tried it, but seems like it's worth the try!

WAH... SO "Zai"...
Finally, my stiletto knife along with all my badges in my display case!! haha... SO PROUD of MYSELF!! I went down Shear's Marketing yesterday to pick up the stiletto & the display case! Basket they were supposed to deliver it to camp before we ORD! Not us going down to pick it up!

haha... Anyway the stiletto is a double edge tapered blade, that u can effectively stab & slice with. Much better than the dumb infantry bayonet, i wonder how the hell anyone is gonna kill an enemy with that? muahahaha...

Anyway have u ever wonder why a lady's high heels are called stilettoes as well? haha... there's your answer. Stiletto is a trade mark of a commando, like the lousy bayonet is to the infantry. haha... Sorry about that comment infantry guys, i just got to make that remark. Who ask some of the infantry officers so "how lian". Got only 2 badge but act like come back from war like that... Oh yes, i'm refering to the officer at the SAR 21 booth at the Army / Airforce / Navy recruitment drive at Suntec last month. muahahahahaha... SAR 21 badge suck lah... Look Above!!

Anyway i'm still missing a taiwan badge. Anyone going Taiwan Heng Chun Camp again can help me get the Taiwan Airborne wing? Yah, i did a jump in Taiwan but the Heng Chun Camp gift shop sold out the badges liao. So miserable!

Oh if u're wondering if those badge are for real, haha... Yah... they are. But u dun wear them all at the same time lah, some are the same badges but worn on different uniforms. haha... Usually i would only be wearing 1 (coz i not "how lian"), but on special occasions i might wear 4! haha...

Oh damn...The picture on top, the gold colour badge we wore above our right chest we affectionately nicknamed it the "scum" badge, coz the "scums" also wore them. muahahaha... But it's actually the Indonesian Kopassus Airborne badge, no offence to the indo commandos, but the bloody scumy 4th Coy wore them, so it's called the "scum" badge. Er... i will never put that in my display case... haha...

Ok let's get the fact straight, actually i have nothing against 4th coy, just that their OC, Cpt Clarence and their CSM, BG Lim sucks! Actually 3rd and 4th coy used to be under the same 3rd Coy cohort, hence we were once family. Then those 2 came alone and drew a line and i seriously mean drawing a line! 3rd & 4th Coy shared the same level 3 at the battalion block and they repainted their side a different colour all the way until the edge our side. They even made many unapproved renovations to their company line to make theirs look obviously better than ours. Fuck! It's so obvious lor... There's a bloody line on the floor! Painted! They made things very distinctive between us.

For us? we keep it simple, it was the way it was when we came in! Anyway we earned the best operational company already? Do we need to prove any further to make us appear desperate?

Cpt Clarence always wants to make his company looks as if they are better than us. This caused alot of strain on the relationship between the 2 companies. Every time the battalion or any commander make a comparison between the 2 companies, the rift widens. To make matters worse, any poor remarks often meant doing extra work or some form of punishment. These commanders have fail to see that they have created a nonproductive and harmful competition. In the case if war ever breaks out, it may even turn deadly!

Anyway, now ORD already, let's be done away with these 3rd & 4th coy thing. I do have plenty of friends in 4th coy as well. They are great people! But when there are the good, there will also the bad & the ugly and obviously there will always be some scum bags around... haha... but let's not name names. 3rd coy also have their fair share of scummy personalities...

Let just say if on the last day of our army life in Hedon camp, i did not avoid u, u're definately in my good book, whether 3rd or 4th coy! And i love my friends.

Hee... I still couldn't get enough of this! Nice right? Anyway the blade is still unsharpened but still sharp enough to stab! haha... Oh it comes with a licence as well... haha... Nice!
