It's day 2 actually, the internet is damn bloody unstable. wait, unstable is an understatement, it's freaking down, even when i'm using a LAN line. For those who dunnoe, ATQ is Amritsar, India. This is my second time here already.
This is so SIAN, i can't even post my post. Well, surprisingly the one in the business center is still working. Making that the only freaking computer in the hotel with internet access. i went there to connect so i could open this page and hopefully post my post tomolo. The technician better come in by morning.
Haha... Anyway wanted to tell someone something funny, haha... but too bad NO ONE can log onto msn here, ran the troubleshooter but everything turns out fine, so must be the IP problem. Na Bei... Waste my time. Since no msn, i shall post it here instead.
Hee... My team LSS spotted me in control and called out my name while i was at the check-in terminal. haha... Commented that i'm all grown up now, looked so handsome now! haha... WAH... Thanks leh. haha... Only she will think so. haha... Or maybe coz last time i used to comment she got a perky butt that can balance a pencil without it rolling off, so now she returned the compliment. haha... THANKS LEH... Then she added loudly, "SOMEONE ALSO SENIOR ALREADY HOR..." haha... *LOL*
But it's true lah, i looked like shit in the past with my goofy hairstyle and my super blur junior face. haha...
Then turned out my Team IFS was around too! haha... Thot i heard his voice somewhere in the control center. Haha... Surprisingly he still remembers me coz i only did 4 flights with him the rest of his team flight he COF away. haha... He said, "ya... i remember u lah... u were the 1 month and 5 days flying boy. it's now like what? 2 Years?" haha... Yup, my first team flight i introed myself in the briefing room that i'm 1 month and 5 days flying. They all laughed that i even count the days.
Anyway i told them that one of the teamgals had quitted due to a slipped disc and underwent operation. Which my IFS replied loudly "all thanks to carrying heavy baggage for passengers." haha... So true.
Seriously those days were fun, my first team flight i got zapped by 2 super senior Guest Stars, haha... but my teamgals protected me lah, or sort of... haha... They were complaining that your teamboy this and that... which my teamgals replied, "SO?" haha... Ignored them completely. haha... Bitching is fun, but if only u can find someone to bitch with. haha...
That's why i still do meet up with my teamgals for coffee or meals in singapore.
Oh... anyway after that my teamgals came down to bitch about the Guest Stars to me instead. hahaha... That's what i've learnt about Guest Staring on other team's flights, know who are the team members. NEVER bitch about their own team members. It's like bitching to someone about their family member. haha... U are asking to be murdered man. haha... Well unless they bitch about that person then do u join in. But still outsider must tread lightly, watch where u step coz u will not know who's tail u will be stepping on.
Anyway i got spotted by my LSS coz I was making alot of noise in the control center while checking in before the flight coz my freaking load was full, noticed i use the word "MY" yah... coz i know i won't be working anywhere but in EY, while JCL is a place call heaven on this flight. haha... U dun wanna know how light. haha...
Besides all these, some people claim we are not making money. If u were to ask me, i say we are maintaining a presence. In order to do business u have maintain connections. not all is about physical profit, there are things that are intanglable as well. Remember what's INTANGLABLE ASSETS? Breaking even is sufficient, profits do come from elsewhere if u know how to do business. Some people should just go back to school. haha...
WAH... yesterday was really a wasted day, spent on talking to the crew about car. Didn't really gain any useful insights from that conversation. But perhaps all is not lost from this trip. Gave me plenty of time to catch up on my rest, do somethings which i have put aside for months.
Hee... all prepared to maximise this trip. Below are the no go items. haha... Not to mention the gym gear. heee... we were talking about sports and they say the amount i run in a day is how much they run in a month. haha... *LOL* Seriously... If i were ever to be like that i would be damn fat.
Hee... saw the Reef Fishes Corals and Invertebrates book? haha... Yay... I'm going diving soon! haha... I saw a weekend off gap in my new roster. Need to breathe some nitrogen already. hahaha... Anyway, tentative date will be 26 - 28 Sep. Invites open to all. Wanna go please confirm hor. haha...
