Self reflections, resolute.
Maybe i'm never good enough,
never good enough for myself,
never good enough for the world.
But perhaps by not being good enough i see to better myself,
but better will never be the best,
and hence, life remains a continuous struggle.
So let me grit my teeth,
and soldier on, for i am a soldier,
the days of war may long be gone, yet the spirit still remains.
i will not waver,
my resolve shall not be broken,
i shall seek to fight till the day i expire,
For the goal is not to be the best,
For the best does not exist,
but only better do.
I shall seek to better myself till my very last day...
I was and still am a commando, i do not lead ordinary life, thus, i do not expect the simplicity of life.
Dammit... got a damn Saigon turn to do today.
