To bitch and Moan is Ultimate Bliss.
Just got back from Hong Kong! what can i say? I'll rate this as my defining moment for my job. We'll at least for this period of time!
Why? Those who are with me will know. If not, u can try asking me. Company policy states no blogging about work. Which explains why able to bitch and moan is the Ultimate bliss.
Someone told me even his wife doesn't know what's going on about his work, so we shouldn't be telling about our's as well.
Erm right... What are u working as? Special force ah? haha... But it's fine with me if u would like to maintain such secrecy, coz when i was a commando i dun brag about my task and job scope as well. Even till now, i don't as there are many security reasons attached to it.
So to each his own.
But all i could say is if u do not have trust for each other, dun marry the person. As for that "someone" who said he doesn't tell his wife anything, he better hope his wife is not sharing secrets with someone else. haha...
Ok back to Hong Kong trip!
I had a really enjoyable time there dispite those "life defining moments", moments which almost reared my horn but miraculously was subdued by my patience which i have honed during the past few weeks.
Seriously, i dun take shit. haha... proved that i'm a changed person!
Anyway in the past, my CSM once told us we are training him and his patience so he can better deal with his son! haha... Quite true, if this carries on i will be ready for fatherhood! haha... Seriously having kids might be the death of me!
Ok back again to the HK trip! haha... Nah Bei... I keep side tracking.
We were put up at Kowloon hotel located at Tsim Sha Tsui. Not really a fantastic place, but was cosy enough to have a comfortable sleep in. We drop by the crew joint for supper with the rest, before heading back to the hotel for some well deserved sleep!
Following day we were supposed to wake up like 8am but me and my buddy just refused to get out of our bed! haha... But eventually we did so after 10am! haha...

Wanted to Visit Hong Kong Disneyland but it's blood HK$350 for 1 adult admission ticket. Yah, thanks, we only changed HK$500 each. So we decided to go to some place free. So we took the MTR to Causeway Bay! WAH LAN... I got a shock of my life!
Imagine Little India on a Sunday, now imagine they are all Indonesians! Wah... I thot i was in Jakata. We took a short walk around anyway but there wasn't really much to see. Verdict? Dun go causeway bay on Sunday!

So we took the MTR to Central station, where we go visit The Peak! Which boast great scenary. Well, true enough, it provides an awe-inspiring 360 degree view of HK. But i got to say the view of the sea front is the best! Especially at night, unfortuantely we won't be there till night falls! But u could spend the entire day there if u like coz there's a shopping mall there and Madame Tussauds HK is there as well.

The Peak Tram ride will bring u up to the peak at HK$33 for a round trip ticket. Hee... Low cost tour, my kind of tour.

We decided to take a ferry back to Tsim Sha Tsui. Tsim Sha Tsui is actually another island lah. Think of Hong Kong as 2 big Island lah. Surprisingly the MTR is one of the most expensive mode of transportation. It cost HK$11 from Tsim Sha Tsui to Causway bay! But the Star Ferry ride from Central to Tsim Sha Tsui only cost HK$2.20. Central is only 3 stops from Causway bay by MTR. See the difference? If i'm not wrong i think it cost HK$7 or HK$8 from Tsim Sha Tsui to Central by MTR.
We headed back to the hotel to rest coz we were already damn tired, anyway we already had plans for the night, that to visit Avenues of the Stars and see the light display that will start at 8pm!

*Me & my Buddy Azim at Avenue of Stars and our fingers say 29th Oct!
IT'S DAMN NICE CAN!

U should have seen it! All the building lightings on the opposite island (hmm... which means the building at Central right?) were programmed to light up to produce a spactacular display of lights and laser. YAH... there are laser show lor... Imagine marina prominade (think Singapore Skyline with the UOB building, 1 fulluton) all lighted up with colourful lightings and lasers display.

With the colourful lighting running from one building to another! IT WAS DAMN NICE LOR! haha... Made it all worth while already!

Oh and halloween was round the corner as well.
Me and my buddy actually intended to sleep before 10pm to prepare for next day flight but we were in such good mood lor, we went to order pizza back to the hotel and eat lor. Actually it wasn't just pizza lah, it was too much for 2 person liao. But over all, it was really an enjoyable day at Hong Kong.

My flight back was great too! haha... that sets my benchmark for "nice flights". haha...
Lots of thanks to those who make my flight a pleasant one! Not forgetting my buddy too for the enjoyable time in Hong Kong!
