10 more hours to Frankfrut - New York.
Had a busy day today, went to settle the application for housing loan and went down to sim lim to get parts to upgrading my computer.

Actually i've gotten myself a new graphic card- Sapphire Radeon 9600XT, a new DVD rom drive from LG and a new power supply, but decided against getting the memory, coz it's impossible to find the memory now as no one is selling it now. Plus if i were to purchase online from DELL it would cost me a fortune, i can build a goddamn new computer already.

Yah yah... I'm using a DELL system, it has been with me for the past 5 years already. When i got it it was a top-of-the-line P4 system that why it could still survive till now. Well, it's not dying yet, just that it's not really fast.

Oh, and a new HDD was added so now i have 240gb of hard disk space from my 2 internal and 1 external hard disk combined. Well, it's not alot but it's enough for my MP3, Photos, Videos, Movies and Games.

Well, no doubt i've to changed my computer sooner or later, but at least for now it can play my C&C3 i dun really care much. But most probably i would built one super computer for my room when i move over to my new place.

Anyway can't wait for Franfurt - New York so i can go shop for my Birks. Haha! Damn... Gonna be broke again!

Back from Zurich.
People say zurich is a hibernating station, haha... but instead i came back even more tired and what's more, scored some damage on the wallet. ha!

Well u could well choose to sleep in the hotel room and measure the walls or u could actually step out of the hotel and do some sightseeing. But ofcoz i have to remind u that sightseeing in Zurich will not come cheap and will cost u but the scenery is breathtaking and definately worth every penny.

Na bei... i'm starting to sound like a tour agency.

Anyway after reaching the hotel i made a mad rush up to my room to shower, freshen up and get changed, coz our dear gal Wendy told me the night before that the tour will be at 9:15am, i reached the hotel at 8:30am! ha!

Well, i still managed, after my 2 year plus stint in the commando, i've learnt that anything is possible, best part was that i came down at 9:05 with time to spare. After 13 hours flight and still sharp. All hail to the commandos. hahaha...

Oh... and on the way up to Zurich from Singapore, we sort of go back in time, Zurich is sort of 6 Hours behind us so i get to see sunrise one more time.

Judging by all the tours they were offering, we were quite spoilt for choice, Zurich is a place of scenery and breathtaking views. I doubt it is possible for anyone not staying there to finish visiting all these places.

We booked the tour for Mt. Titlis and made our way to the coach pick up point, which was like some distance from our hotel, we actually have to take a 15 mins tram ride to get there. But it's fairly simple to get there, from there all the tour agency will bring u to your destination.

If u like to know where to alight from the tram, it will be at Fahrplan, and u will see the main train station. This train station is where u take the train to other part of the country.

One thing though, the bus aircon really sucks and best of all, it was the hottest day of the summer that day! haha... Really sweat out all my fats already. Haha! I heard the people there dun really believe in airconditioning and i notice the trams uses natural air ventilations only.

Well, one thing though, their summer usually isn't really that hot while their winter can be quite hush so that explains alot of things.

Woooooooo... and i dun think i have to say anything more. A picture speaks a thousand words.

Oh... U have to take a super long 45mins cable car ride up and 2 change of cable car to reach the top of Titlis.

But the last cable car trip up was the best, actually it's not a cable car lah, it's a 360 degree rovolving gondola that can take up to 80 people. haha... Not bad eh! The scenery was just awe inspiring.

Now i know what's all the fuss about swiss alps. Woooooo... Sweet!

One last stop at Luzern before heading back to Old Zurich for dinner and catch it in its evening splendor. Heee... SCHWANENPLATZ.

The chapel bridge of Luzern, or rather it's pronounced as "Kapell-Bruke". Part of it was burnt down by a madman a few year back. haha... I think it was part of the old fortification, but i was too tired to listen to the tour guide already. It's already 24 hours without sleep for me. hahaha...

Even on the way back to old Zurich, the view was still stunning.

And finally back at old Zurich. Zurich is divided into the old town and the new, but the old town is a much better sight. Here's us by the River Limmat.

And the twin towers of Grossmunster Cathedral in the back ground that dates back to the 11th and 13th Century.

Haha... Wendy was sort of our tour guide for the Old Zurich part coz she has been here more than anyone of us. haha... How the heck we know the histroy of this place but she know. hahaha... Then she go pester WaiMeing, "U know hor, u know who is Ann..." hahaha... WAH LAN... Dun ask me, i also dunnoe.

Haha... But even so Wendy still could find the place that she wanna bring us go eat after turning thru all the streets and ally. haha... So we settled for the "not bad" spegetti joint instead. haha...

Finally the sun decides to set and it's time for us to return back to our hotel. haha... Oh, by the way, the sun sets at 9pm over there! hahaha... Wendy, Waimeing and Sean will be flying back tomolo while i still got more sightseeing to do with my set of crew.

It's up Mt. Pilatus tomolo for me and my set of crew actually not really the whole "set" haha... Just 2 other crew only. haha... Well at least better than going alone.

Anyway it was quite a rush up in Pilatus as we have catch 1:45pm ride down the mountain on the world steepest cogwheel railway inorder to catch the 2:25pm ferry that will take us back to Luzern. So after we had lunch at the Pliatus Kulm Hotel we are left with about half an hour to take pictures.

The Cogwheel ride took almost 45mins to reach the bottom, haha... U have to wait a hour plus for the next if u miss this one.

And we are finally back at the town of Luzern.

Haha... And the same ice cream as yesterday and thus concluded another day of sightseeing.

Actually it's not just the location, it's the people that u are with that is important as well. Throughout all the great sights i've seen, i still feel there's something missing. Hmmm... maybe when i've discovered what that is i'll let u all know. hahaha...
