See ya... ladies & Gentlemen...
i'll be on standby in camp for 1 week, protecting this tiny island. haha... my standby will pass the first 3 days of new year & won't be booking out, won't be blogging & won't be greeting u all chinese new year! haha... no lah, will still sms u guys a happy CNY. I would be standing down & booking out on the 3rd day of CNY in the afternoon. Hee hee... so who wanna book me better do it fast! haha... Anyway hope u all know what day the day after is. hee hee... 1st of Feb... haha... Hey if u all dunnoe better dun let me see u! haha.. Take care ya guys... have a great CNY. See u all after i stand down!

As for me.... haha... i'll just have reunion dinner with my "brothers" in camp! haha... eat, sleep & gamble the time away. haha... Oh by the way the company line's computer SUX!! haha... cannot access friendster, cannot blog coz the blogger login button is missing... lots of problem lah!

21 Jan :: NACC Reunion Dinner @ CS House


Nothing much different at this year's reunion as of the previous years, the same old gang still there, with CS, Jiahui, Jack, Desmund, Floris, Karen, Dewei, Muhrong, Lionel, Benson, a very surprising Nicholas & me ofcoz. Except that this year the venue has changed to CS house & CS is now playing host. It's usually held at jiahui's house and a year at mine. I usually host most of the christmas celebrations. haha... think the only person who never host anything at all is JAck! Oei... Bro! when is your turn huh?

Haha... anyway for CS, this is not his 1st time hosting NACC gathering and like all NACC gathering, there would be plenty of food & steamboat dinner is on the menu today! But before me, muhrong, lionel & BENSON could even reach CS house it freaking started to rain. All thanks to BENSON who was late! haha... The rest managed to escape the rain coz they went over to CS place 1st, all thanks to floris great idea of taking a cab & picking the rest up. Got my jeans, shoes & shirt all wet and that was even with an umbrella. OMG... it rained like crazy lor. Anyway it has been a while since Singapore last had such weather, continuous rainfall with god-damn heavy rain! Think end of the world might be just round the corner. Haha... better start going temple more often!

After dinner we played some "big 2" card games coz nothing better to do liao. TV channel 5 is showing "We Were Soldiers" which made the gals extremely bored (army is bedtime story to a gal, haha... very boring to them) and i'm extremely bored as well coz i watch this show 5 times already. 2 times as case study, i freaking know what they will do, what they will say & bloody can point out every single mistake they make. But soon we got bored again & that where the evil part comes in, we play drinking game. Drink of the night; ABSOLUT Vodka with 7up. Oh my god... here we go again!

Jack & Jiahui left before the drinking game started, hee hee... Oei u all scared ah? haha... ok lah, forgivable, Jiahui this couple of months very busy, OT until like mad... haha... poor gal, i've never seen people OT until so much, after 12mn still in office. Selling your life already leh like that! Ai yo... But think she working some accounting firm lah, then many firm closing account this period. So damn busy lor. I just hope the best for her, hope everything will be over before new year. Gam-Ba-Te Neh... Haha... as for Jack ah... Hee... Dun say better lah... haha...

Basket i'm very bad at all these drinking games, form numbers, count frogs, bang bang bang... etc... Wah Chee... i always end up losing & drinking more. Haha... lucky i smart went to take a short nap 1st coz the next thing i know when i woke up i saw them carrying Nicholas to the toilet to puke. Damn dunnoe how much he drank man. Before i went to sleep he was playing some Hai tai ah Hai tai... game with them & the next thing i woke up he was still mumbling "Hai tai ah Hai tai..." in his dranken state. My god lucky i went to take a nap... it could have been me! haha... "Hai tai ah Hai tai..." Basket u all no mercy one leh...

Anyway by 3am plus the entire bottle of ABSOLUT Vodka was already finished. How the hell do u finish an entire bottle of vodka? Before i went for a nap i was sure there was still about half the bottle. haha... think they shoved it down nicholas. haha... Poor Nic... No Mercy leh these people... hahaha...

we stayed & chatted till 6am then it's time to go home. CS brother was so nice to offer us a lift back. Didn't really wanna trouble him so i alighted with desmund & floris at floris place (thompson) then i took a cab back. Anyway it's nearer & cheaper from there home by cab than from CS place.

Haha... as for the poor Nicholas he's too drunked to be moved and had to stay over at CS place, while Benson got training at NP so it's more convient to stay over.

20 Jan :: Yet Another Empty Handed D&D...
oh i can't believe my poor luck, didn't get to win any of the 25 lucky draw prizes. Come to think of it i've not won any lucky draw before. Well... maybe except a pair of movie tickets once, which was like 5 years ago. But at least the dinner went well.

The food was good, not say excellent but was enjoyable. Usually for most dinner i been to, the restaurants seem to be serving up cheaper menus when i comes to massive dinner functions, with some not very enticing dishes. Some, u don't even feel like reaching for your chopsticks at all. Fortunately the D&D was rather good, some of the dishes i even helped myself to 2nd helpings. Note: It's just a second helping, i'm not so bad i did leave some for the rest. haha...

But the D&D did have quite a bit of cock up. Such as... the committee (Yes... including me, but wasn't my fault) forgot to buy gifts for the guest of honour. We only found out this when Foo Ji Kun voiced out that we have no door gifts already so the guest of honour take what... wah... excellent suggestion, now we've to go get. Made our way to Great World City Cold Storage to get 7 bottle of Wolf Blass wine. Hee... we even got 1 bottle of Hogue for Fok. haha... only that it's larger & more expensive that the Wolf Blass ones. haha... should get for him one lah, as a token of appriciation for fighting with us in ATEC05 Taiwan, and not getting us lost there. haha... So we got him the $30 Hogue. Wah Chee... Did u say i very "giam"... u think i earn a lot ah? Commando NSFs earn peanuts ok! haha... Divers also earn peanuts... Er... those 1SIR, 2 SIR, 3 SIR, Guards, Aromours & so on... dun say already lah, they earn green bean seeds... haha... Wah Chee...

For those who have yet to go thru NS, or never been thru before, NSFs are conscript soldiers. U know like in those stratagy RTS games that u played, Starcraft, Red Alerts, Warcrafts, C&C generals, we're the cheapest units that u build to defend your base during the start of the game & to send them to die later on, to soften up the enemy defence & most importantly defend your other expensive tech weapons so u dun need to waste more money building them again. In our case, it's those few F16s & vintage tanks. Haha... imagine Desert Storm, Except that we're the losers this time! haha... U'll come out of the troop generating structure, saying, "for the red army". Next moment u're running about in flames as your base get pulverised by some giant laser beam from space. Haha...

Verdict: If WW 4 really break out, I'll give our country defence 40mins before we get runshed, burned and pounded by nukes & chemical weapons & maybe lasers from space. haha... That's the fate of players who never build tech units & weapons. To those army/ airforce/ navy & whatever fuck regulars this is what i wanna say, "dun bluff yourselves lah, haha... if war really break out u don't run good enough already." Haha... And our so call secretive UAVs unveilled at NDP this year isn't really secretive at all, it's so God damn noisy that everyone knows it's there. Oh... bloodly last year it came out in the newspaper one of our UAV crashed while taking off or landing. Haha... there goes your "secret" project. Anyway ours look like Crap if compared to the US's Predator UAV lor. To DSTA, "Dun bluff yourself lah, think a few years in uni very smart already izzit?"

If war really break out, the citizen will be the best defence, haha... they will be called the mob. See protesters before? haha... Except this time those Fearless fuckers are ready to die, ready to kill, armed with AK47s & molotov cocktail & plenty of home made explosives.

Haha... Ok enough of side tracking, back to D&D, anyway i went over to Grand Corpthrone Hotel early, around 4:30pm to set up all the prizes, when i went up to our complimentry hotel room, Foo Ji Kun, KunZ, AA, Desmond were already there and was bloody stunned to see Palawan King- Poh Ming Wei (As in Sentosa's Palawan Beach) with his gf there on the bed watching Tennis on TV. What the Fuck. Anyway the Gf was supposed to be a performer that night at the D&D. Damn Palawan King initially thought he could save money by letting his Gf perform & she could eat for free at his table. Like that he could bring his Gf & yet no need to pay... U dream on ah Palawan King. Haha... In the end he still paid for the Gf... If not pai say ah... have to ask the Gf to leave after the performance... MUahahahahahaha....

After sorting out the prizes and a "bo liao" briefing we all ready to set up the reception & function room for the D&D and that's when we dicovered the Guest of Honour got no gifts & u know the story liao... If u dunnoe ah... Then scroll up & read all over again. Haha... Idiot...

Dinner starts at 8pm, with a performance by Palawan King & gang, comprising of his Gf, Chow Ming Jie, Bennoot (haha... Bennett), some guy dunnoe from where & i also forgot who's the drummer. haha... Their band performed 7 song items. Wah Cheee... Do u know they ask $400 for the guitars & drum sets plus transportation. Wah Cheee... $400 for 7 song... That makes $57.14 per song. Wah fuck... like that i ask Kelly Poon come perform better. Chao Chee... Lau Chee... KNNBCCB...


Thru out the night was ok lah, quite fun, with some funny entertainer (^_^" notice the 2 streak of cold sweat... haha... ok not funny) to entertain us with his jokes & bo liaoz games. Quek performed his magic show, haha... think Quek happy like fuck lah, finally got an audience to his magic show. haha... Then got Singing competition also, got Chris Toh (Battalion #1), Darryl Cheong (Battalion #5), Edmund Ang & Lee Zhi Hao... Haha... Of Coz edmund win in the end, his prize? A Bottle of Chivas. Haha... Zai... Anyway Edmund singing really qite good lah, i'm impressed... Oh i got a video clip of Edmund's song item. who wants can get from me thru MSN!

We-dun-noe Harlim made 3 video clip presentations of our 2 yrs 3 month life in Commando. haha... Ok lah... Quite nice but not very impressive though, could definately be better, Well... unless that's the best he has to offer... Then Chee Bye... Some people say him until like he damn Zai in media design... Impressive if for a non-poly media designer lah...


The D&D went on till 11:30pm, after the last video presentation the top 5 lucky prizes were given out, chao chee bye!! i never win anything... haha... but poor old foo also didn't lah... haha... Took some photos then after that we left for Indo Chine's Forbidden City at Clark Quay. Had a drink, clubbed a bit, then it got too boring and we left for the Kopitiam near victoria street for some supper.

We all went home after that... End of D&D night.

Oh yah... Basket we still have a deficit of $1000 plus, chee beh... All that to some people who never take into consideration that we might not have enough money & allowed Palawan King & gang to rent their band instruments, changed the entertainment organiser to a cheaper one BUT DOESN'T PROVIDE ANYTHING AT ALL & WE'VE TO FORK OUT OUR OWN FOR THEM. Lastly, seating arrangement were all scewed up, some table got 10 people, other's got 11 but all counted as 11 per table so they overestimate the amount collected. They should count the number of people instead of taking no. of tables x 11persons per table, like at more accurate. So what happen if one table only got 9 people and u counted as u collected 11? Wah... Chee... that's 2 x $100 worth of difference u know!

I dun know lah... Whoever is involved better sort it out, i'm incharge of collection of money & accounting only, if finance over used not my fault coz chairman say can... KNN... I still got cab fare to claim... What what what... u think buy prizes very easy is it? U try bringing all of it home lah... Let u bring one u already think it's troublesome. Those drive one better shut up! haha...

And FONG U CHEE BYE!! NEVER COME!! KNN... WE ALL WAITING FOR U U KNOW!!

Oh look who moved in next door!!
the condo behind my block have finally been completed! almost a year of fucking dust & noise and as of 3 days ago, the first occupants finally moved in.... Anyway it puzzles me. who the fuck would wanna stay in an apartment that only has 2 rooms, a kitchen that has a walkway that only 1 person can squeeze in & a living room slightly bigger than my room. fuck! the master bedroom is the same size as my room lor... U called that a house ah? The only thing that's worth commenting is the master bedroom toilet. So God-damn-big. Dunnoe for fuck. It's half the bloody size of its bedroom! CCB!

Anyway who the fuck is the developer? built the condo less than 80m from my bedroom window, now i can watch live porn right outside my bedroom window. Wow... They even built full length windows to add to my viewing pleasures! Oh they can see me fuck too!- Fucking them everyday!! haha... *waving my third finger* "howdy neighbours" haha... ok lah... i'm not that bad, but bedroom scene isn't a pretty sight. My bedroom facing their bedroom, haha... lots of action guaranteed!

It seems that developer can just build houses anywhere. The land which this condo stood on used to have 4 units of single story private houses. Chui lor... it's damn small plot of land lor... By SAF standard can't even land their superpumas. haha... they need 50m front/ side/ back of clearence. haha... (SAF losers). I thot someone wanna built some super private house when they demolished the 4 units. haha... but in the end built some chui condo! haha... dun think they even have enough carpark for the occupants. haha... Maybe they should try building on rubbish land filled dumps instead or maybe try the cemetary. Oh wait... they did that already right? haha... A nice thought of parking your car in the underground carpark. Oh wait... a coffin used to be in this lot right? haha...

My conclusion is, if it's just for single or couple this apartment would do just fine. But if u're trying to squeeze a family inside u must be bloody out of your mind. Try packing your ass inside a sardine can...

And that mao mi just can't stop attacking my plants... haha... almost killed the bloody potted plant haha... but i managed to saved it in the end lah. Bad Mao Mi Bad Mao Mi! Looks damn dangerous right? she sitting on the window sill. Haha...

Oh please LET ME WIN the 1ST PRIZE!
haha... 1st prize is an Ipod Nano 2Gb... i'm in desperate need of an mp3 player leh! hmmm... actually i dun mind the 2nd prize also... It's a LG 21' TV, haha... but how the fuck going to bring home from the D&D? haha... Wah... frankly speaking 1st prize to the 10 prize all worth winning one! all "Zai" items! haha... but please dun let me kanna 11 - 20th prize... wah piangZ... those ah! haha... actually 11 & 12 not so bad lah. Nike sport bottle-towel set! not bad one... the rest ah! haha... forget it lah...

Anyway accompanied Foo Ji Kun to shop for the D&D lucky draw prizes today. But before that, have some Tim Sum at our fav restaurant! Dragon Gate Restuarant. TJW, Ah Neo & Kenn Chng also came for the Tim Sum & help with the shopping for prizes as well! Chin chun too bad couldn't make it for the Tim Sum, haha... all thanks to guard duty! The bane of SAF... Motherfucker! Dunnoe who came up with the idea ops soldiers must do guard duty. I always believe u're either a fighter, u die in the battlefield gloriously or u're some loser guard / RP that die at the doorstep of your camp becoz of some brainless terrorist. Haha... Anyway Terrorist are Moterfuckers also... That put the person who say we must do guard duty the same class as the terrorist. haha...

Went to big Superstore at harbour front after our Tim Sum at Dragon Gate Restaurant. Wah PiangZ... eat until so full can't walk lor. Anyway that Fooo & Kenn Chng ah... Dunnoe what's up with them ask them take picture of us with all the Tim Sums they like so Pai Say like that. Haha... maybe becoz the next table also got 5 gals. haha... just like us lah... 1 table all 5 guys, the other table all 5 gals. Great oppotunity eh? haha... but just too bad i wasn't interested! haha... End up make me look like the the most misbehaving guy there. haha... but then again, i dun live for anyone but myself. Free spirited, do as i will! If any gals dun like what they see, it's their problem, they could jolly well shut their eyes! haha... Both group came at the same time haha... but we left early lah. Time wait for no man & we have more important business to attend to.
Big superstore off we go... er... but there the thing also "chui" lah! Not say really very cheap nor the range of product very wide. In the end, left harbour front empty handed. NExt stop: Sim Lim Square!

HAha... Sim Lim Square! Foo Ji Kun felt so cheated haha... ok lah, i also... we got this HP 3in1 printer/scanner thingi at $115. haha... yah it's a great deal, except when we took a closer look it's actually to be sold as a bundle. So the shop owner made some profit out of free stuff... Hai Yah... Never mind lah, pay money already. Anyway the product also not bad one lah! i dun mind Kana the HP printer also. Actually initially wanted to get the Lexmark 3in1 printer one lor. $99. haha... That one if want to find the ink also quite "chui"! haha... Sim Lim nothing to buy liao after that, so move on to bugis, where we got the 5th or 6th prize, the $150 Seiko watch! haha... i dun mind win this also! haha... Quite chio lei!

We move on to Suntec, Carrefour where there's plenty of cheapo stuff like Enzer & Akira... haha... thank god for that! haha... Oh speaking of god, we went to burn jost sticks and pray at Guan Yin Temple at Si Beh Lor on our way to bugis earlier. We got DVD player, 2.1 speaker systems, electric shavers (wow! zai one!), one mp3 player from Carrefour...
Ahhh.... can say finally finish shopping for all the gift. Wah Chee... except for the movie vouchers... bloody GV must fax them the order & wait for the reply one... so bloody troublesome... haha... but never mind lah, the budget used to replace it with bottles, caps & stuffs from Royal Sporting House... haha... still got discount somemore with our SAFRA card! haha...

My Leg almost going to break liao... walk so much! SianZ...

Hmmm... The Prizes all seem useful! haha... Think u all gonna kill me!! Think i'll just enjoy using finish 1st! haha... Well at least if i never tio anything i would at least have tried them out already! muahahahaha... Loser!! Oh oh oh... Did i hear somone say Chee Bye! haha!!

YaY... Back HomE onCe MorE!!
haha... feels great to be home again. Ah yah... but waste my leave. haha... i actually took leave for tomolo to help Foo Ji Kun to buy prizes for the ORD DnD prizes. And tomolo got to waste money again. Promised Foo Ji Kun to go Dragon Gate Restaurant at harbour front to eat Tim Sum tomolo. So broke liao... i only left $380+ in my bank & it's only the 17th today! how to survive the rest of the month! Anyway i haven't buy my bloody new year clothes yet. But i think also no point buy lah. CNY eve, 1st, 2nd & 3rd day all spend in camp standby 2NTM! haha... lucky damien took me out of COS duty for the 4th day of new year if not i sure "chui"! Anyway the 4th day of CNY is my birthday... hee hee... but dun think alot of people remembered. haha... but also good, hope i won't get turned out in camp! hahaa...

YaY!! Finally Finished packing mY RooM!
hai yah... but sad lah, left only 15 mins to blog, got to go book in back camp liao, but i guess it was worth it! Looks like i finished packing in time for chinese new year after all. Anyway this week also very rush lah, only booked out yesterday, coz friday got our last ATP shoot, the last key event of the year. As usual, i've got marksman again. Easy does it so does everyone. hee... except i miss 2 shots haha... pai say pai say... that Foo Ji KUn ah... Say i let my team down! basket! haha...

Ai yah... A sad thing happened last friday also. While we were packing up preparing to leave the range about 10pm like that i dropped my jungle hat. My jungle hat accompanied me throughout almost 2 yrs of my army life. Travelled with me thru 2 taiwan phrases, 1 brunei phase & one thailand exchange! It has been with me in the sun, in the rain, in the day, in the night, in the cold damp winters of thawan to the searing heat of thailand, jumping out of planes / helicopters... Endless road marches... So sad so sad... Hai... Then yesterday i went beach road's army market to get a replacement... So expensive, $16 for the jungle hat, $1 for the commando logo, $6 for the name to be sew on it. total $23. Hai... But still can't beat my old jungle hat that stick with me thru thick & thin. I even search thru the numerous garbage bags that the "Scummies" brought back but cannot find... Tell u lor, even if kanna shit, i'll still take back & wash & wear it. Can't bear to part with it! If my Jungle hat ever come back to me again i promise i'll tie it down no matter what liao. Anyway i've never lose any equipment before in my 2 years in army, whether personal or military. So suay... It's Friday the 13 some more leh... wah kaoZ... i Miss my Jungle hat.

HaiZ... i no mood to post anything else...

Anyway tomolo got some general from somewhere coming to visit... got my parade enhance 4 ready. Wanna put my thailand wing but BG insist everyone must look the same so ask all of us to put Korpasu (whatever lah, dunnoe how to spell it) wing. Basket! It's indonesia wing lah... I never jump indo before lei... put no pride lah... Anyway i didn't jump thailand also lah, but it's a wing exchange program between thai ranger & us, so at least got reason to put it on. Hee... but i got a true blue taiwan wing. I jump taiwan before lei! hee... But too bad cannot wear. Well unless u want some issue with china. haha... Now this world just can't wait to test new weapons! haha...

Hai... i'm out of here liao lah... got to book in... continue next weekend... Haha... friday is my ORD & i've got no date. haha... But at least save me $70... haha... Anyway company fund missing some money! manfred say got TT Durai in our company... haha... go read manfred blog then u'll know more lah...

What is wrong with the bloody weather these few days, rained non stop. Really made the day very moody, can feel it too on msn, everyone's complaning about the rain. Anyway where's everyone ah? today supposed to be public holiday leh, but so little people online. Just visited Chin Chun's & Jason Ong's blogs! Not bad not bad... Nice! haha... but still can add in more things to improve it! For one, u guys need a counter lah, basic requirement leh, to see if anyone visit your site or not. haha... And that Ah neo ah!! Stop making fun of our blogs, haha... U'll need one too! to REMEMBER the HAPPY time with your GIRL right? haha... Wah Chee... haha...

So sian so sian... why can't it just stop raining. today is a holiday & can't go anywhere becoz of that... : (, last night also, floris sms me asking if wanna go liquid kitchen with the nacc gang (er... dunnoe got who included but i suppposed got desmund, dewei, jiahui & jack bah...) for dinner or something, but later msg back cancelled the night's out liao... SianZZZZzzzzZZZZzzzz...
But well... at least it gives me a chance to pack, my room, haha... i dun really know where to start from. I dun really have anytime to do a spring cleaning. In the past my room takes 3 days to clean & pack, haha... just only 1/2 a day, dun think i can do much, at most pack my room lor, tidy up the table, shelves & cupboard lor.

Recently i've been thinking of my resolution for this year. haha... but among the list are still

1)Try to slim down
as of 2004... 2005... now 2006... not very successful.

2)Regain my competition form
i've not dissappeared from the competition scene yet.

3)Avoid having a gf
See if i can stay single this year, then i'll try that next year as well... haha...

4)Avoid knowing any more gals
So they will think i'm "dao" & avoid me also... haha...

5)Finish watching all the TVBS/ Jap/ Korean/ Taiwanese drama available
So can fill up my time.

6)Learn a foreign language
So can increase my chance of getting my dream job.

7)Save money
For me to spend on my new house in 2007. Haha... i want a LCD tv in my room!

8)Talk less...
Haha... People always ask me to shut-the-fuck-up! haha...

Still got some more, but haven't thot of it yet... haha... think i'll compile a list and put at the side column. haha...

Anyway why i project so much anti-social views or should i say anti-gals view is becoz alot of gals think NS guys are damn desperate! Like need to find themselves a gf. haha... i'm sorry gals if u think this way coz u're all wrong! We're friendly not becoz we want to go stead with u & show off to our friends, but just genuinely being nice so we could know 1 more friend. Anyway what's with guys showing off their gf? there's nothing wrong showing off your gf to your friends. He's just happy with u & proud of u that's all. If u were an ulgy bitch he most probably have ditched u already!

Oh... u could say we are not like that when it comes to guys... well maybe u like a slap on the back & offer u a mug of beer instead? The very guy buddy thing? haha... There are differences, but ultimately there's no prejudices of sexes. U'll be treated as deserved, on the same level across the sexes. If u treat me like your pal, i'll be your best buddy! If u treat me like Fuck, haha... u'll be sorry... haha... It's up to u...

As for me i'll stay single for as long as it take to keep my pride & dignity. i just love this song! haha... for those of u who are wondering what song this is it the theme song from the S.H.E. drama currently showing on channel U, titled "Reaching for the stars"... haha... i just love S.H.E... but this song is not from them though. Hee hee... never thot i would watch this type of show right? actually ever since September last year i've been watching alot of all these drama serials. Watch in camp with my army guys! haha... never thot guys watch these right? but actually when u're very bored u watch anything. anyway it broaden my view as well... Oh anyway i went to rent all these serials... haha... DVDs... can watch at our own convience, yet won't miss a single episode! haha... i just finished watching "reaching for the stars" with Kenn Chng in camp! 22 Episodes in 3 days!! haha... Alot people say quite a sucky show, but i dun think so lah, in fact it's quite touching, tells the story of the friendship of 3 friends, the struggles they faced that put strains on their friendship as they pursue their dreams and as always in "Ou Xian Ji", there's always a love trangle. haha... This show can be quite long winded also. haha... plenty of "flash-backs"! but over all i would rate this show 7.5/10. Quite a high rating lei... Anyway for those who are still watching it on Channel U, watch out for the last episode! Very exciting, u'll know who is the real "Zhou Xiao Nuo" already!

Hoho... Poor Damien kanna "turned-out in" camp last night, haha... so poor thing, just booked in then kanna turned out already, haha... coz it's his birthday! Poor thing! haha... Er... i didn't participated coz i too tired liao, but i did took a video though! haha... damn funny! U guys can go MSN get from me if u want! muahahaha... sorry damien! haha... Ok ok... i'll only restrict it to Det 1 people! haha... Anyway happy birthday damien! Hee hee... and i think Kenn Chng is in trouble liao... haha... dun worry Kenn, i'll try my best to protect u! haha...

SO SaD!! BacK to CamP TonighT, AGAIN!!!
dunnoe why, but for a very long time, i've not felt this way. I dun feel like returning to camp tonight, felt like i've missed out something important, felt like time is too short, felt like i'm incomplete today... i know i always complain about booking in, but today, it's more of a feeling... It's hard to put in words, but it left me feeling wanting... feeling of emptiness, absence... something missing in my life...
Hmmm... maybe it's the weather, it has been raining non stop today, since the morning. It has been raining for the freaking past 1 week. Every single day. The best part is it always rain when i'm about to go out.

Met up with SiewYin yesterday at orchard & yes... i was late again, 10mins haha... Yes... it was because of the rain, so nice to start raining the moment i walk out of my home. Anyway, that wasn't the end of it, the rain also caused a bloody traffic jam on my way to millinium walk to pick SiewYin's present! hee hee... SINS chocolates! just can't wait to get my hands on some of those with my this month's pay, hopefully together with the extra $200 IPPT gold reward money! Chinese new year 's just round the corner & i've not bought my new year clothes yet. haha... But it doesn't matter anyway lah, coz this CNY i'm doing 2NTM standby in camp! On the Eve, on the 1st & on the 2nd all spent in camp. All the bloody superior better give Ang Paos...

I got the chocolates but it's still raining, then i tried to be smart & try to bypass marina square & got lost inside instead. haha... after renovation it's different from what i remembered in the past. Yah lah... i very "Suah Ku" lah... But being an NSF isn't exactly very free u know. Managed to find my way to city hall interchange by 4:55pm. haha... Opps... late liao, not possible to reach orchard in 5 mins right? haha... but siewyin very understanding one lah hor! hee hee... As it turned out, i reached orchard at 5:10pm, 10 mins late. i guess that not too bad right.

Went to meet up with her at Wisma Isatan's MNG, haha... to my surprise i saw Rachel Wong working there lei... So "qiao" and she was serving SiewYin! haha... reunion of the np classmate. Rachel was from my Telecom elective classmate, siewyin was from electronics, haha... just only that they dun know each other, but i believed they should have found each other familiar bah... It's nice to bum into old friends & say hi once in a while, it gives a nice feeling that u're being remembered!

After that we went to upstair the "Ding Tai Fung" to have dinner, oh oh... i love the "xiao long pao" & deep fried pork ribs! very nice! hee hee... Siewyin's treat today! So nice! Actually i'm kinda of a MCP pig! ha ha... I dun really let gals pick up the tab, only on a few occasions, even so, the number of times can count with 1 hand. haha... Ok when i start working i'll treat her to somewhere nice to dine! Haha... So Siewyin if u're reading this, i promise ah!! : ) Oh... haha... we exchanged our christmas present. finally! haha... Hope she'll really like the chocolate! I love the present she gaved me! An ESCADA set consisting of after shave, shower gel & perfume! Very refreshing scent!

Had a good chat over dinner too, since it has been a long time since we last met up, talked about work, friends, life and for a long time so long, finally someone interested to listen to my army life. Not that there's anything interesting to it. But it nice to know someone does want to listen to u anyway. I still dun understand why gals can't stand guys army life story, we dun exactly say no to gals when they talk about shopping right?
Anyway Thanks "Sis", for being so nice!!

After that we went to watch a movie, "the dark"... er... i advice anyone haven't watch dun watch... u'll come out... "what the fuck was that"? haha... well... isn't exactly that bad... but u dun really know what the story trying to say... still wanna watch? wait for the DVD & go rent it instead... $3 to $5 at most video rental stores! get the whole family to guess what the story is about! hahaha...

After the movie, we walked around far east, continue our chat, then it's time to go home, i took the train, SiewYin went down to her bf's shop.

HaiZ... so sian leh... Actually tomolo is a off day for me too, but KNN... got what CCO parade. Talk so bloody slow & mumbles... dunnoe what the fuck he's talking about. just remember when he says, "FOR HONOUR & GLORY", u punch your right fist in the air & shout' "COMMANDO" can liao... LAME! CCO bluffing himself. haha... If given a choice, how many people u think will blood turn up! haha... Waste my uniform only! Got to wash my enhance-4 after that already. Damn!

YAH!! It's Weekend Again!!
hee hee... so zai, book out last night. Not very often we get friday night off. Unlike clerks & storeman & stay out people. Losers! 4:45pm see them walking out, 5pm see them outside the gate already, Every FUCKING DAY! I hate non-combat'ians... dun fight never mind, at least process the paper work faster or deliever the supplies faster, But no, only know how to hog the basketball court, soccer court, badminton court, arcade machines...! BASTARDS!!

Anyway booked out at 8pm & went over to Ah Kwa's birthday chalet at some "Ulu" place at the end of changi costal road. Some country club lah... Got to admit lah, it's a nice place, except it's so damn "Ulu". Haha... er... not much or a celebration there lah, but we had a short chat & got to leave soon also, coz it damn late & the place so fucking "ulu" dun think the taxi drivers know it existed anyway lor. haha. Birthday boy Kwa Wei tien so nice to drive us out! So thanks alot. The bloody freaking place hard to find cab.

Hey sorry guys if u noticed i've removed some pics from the pic scroller. Those were hosted on bravenet site. most people have problem loading the pics. So got to remove them. Anyway lesser pics now so it speed up loading as well... haha... u all pay for my flickr upgrade lah, i promise u all i will always load fresh pics every weekend! haha... Yah... i know... FINAL DAY OF MY LEAVE! "Aughhh..."
oh my it's back to camp tonight. Didn't really go out much during this 3 days of leave, hee... party coz no money, but main reason was i spent too mach time tweeking my blog layout. haha... but look it's damn zai now. (For those who have problem viewing, most prob u're not using IE browser, switch to IE browser now!) Hee... ok lah... not damn zai lah... but much pleasing to the eye already right... hee hee... i'll give myself 55 / 100 points... finally passed already! haha...

It now has got scrolling pictures, a scrolling profile of myself & also links to my photo albums from flickr & bravenet that previously wasn't there. u can mouse over the scrolling item to slow it down! Go play with it... actually it's very simple. just that my hand itchy, got try dhtml, too much for a computer to load lah... lag like shit... or maybe was my layout. anyway... too much code in my blog template to troubleshoot liao. i would most prob start a new blog with a new blogskin. Hee hee... all i'll design myself so will most prob take quite long. so this blog would be around for quite a long time. i can't stand people who download some zai skin, make their blog look so zai, claim it's so zai but never personalise anything at all... Have some pride lah!

Anyway the BBQ at jason's house on the 1st of jan was great! haha... finally get to hold a bbq at jason house ever since our 1st year in army... hee... he has the biggest house among all of us! haha... But really thank jason for hosting the bbq & his parents for allowing us to use the house. hee hee... hope we didn't leave a mess. Amazingly we finish 80% of the food. usually BBQ either have too much food left or not enough food at all... Just nice ah!
Just stay tune for the pic... i'll post them up on my bravenet album during the weekend when i'm back from camp! Bloody ATEC stage 1, if not we'll be clearing our leave.

Hey anyway SiewYin finally SMS me to meet this sat! haha... wah... my dear "sis" ah! Finally free! haha... really glad this weekend we could meet up! so much of catching up to do! We missed a christmas! Haha... But anyway 2005 sucks lah, so it's ok, no need to celebrate much, by the way i didn't even celebrate christmas at home! SiewYin says this weekend dinner is on her! haha... so sweet!! Anyway i look very cheapskate hor... recieve treat from gal! haha... can't wait for weekend!

HAPPY 2006 to ALL!!

2005 goodbye to u coz u suck... just like 2004... But before ushering in 2006, went to the gaylang temple with my mom & my sis to "change our luck" or "zuan yun" in chinese & offer incense. It's the 1st day of the chinese lunar month also. Haha... but i made the mistake of wearing my "going out" clothing to the temple, all the smoke made me smell like a smoked pig. haha... Went home to change in the evening, but after accompanying my mom to popular bookstore to get some books.

Met up with floris at 8pm at city hall MRT station, haha... & i was early, er 5mins early lah... but still early right. New year coming so must stop this habit of rushing to reach on time. Haha... at least now i have time to breathe. Anyway oh damn it... i forgot to bring my handphone. The most important time to avoid getting lost. Lucky Floris spotted me 1st... haha... if not i'll be wondering about in the train station looking for everyone. 10mins later Dewei & karen arrived together. Jiahui & Jack were already at Marina square so we made our way there to look for them.

As usual, we can decide where to eat, but thank goodness it's not Carl's Jr. haha... enough of that from damien liao... haha... almost went there, but never, thanks to my smart choice of going "Dian Xiao Er" instead. haha... For $22 pax, we ate a 7 course meal! And it has herbal roast duck & spicy pork ribs! my fav!! YaY!! Best of all... we no need to queue!! Got seats for 6 people. For those who have walk by "Dian Xiao Er" will always see a long queue. haha... indeed, our luck is improving! Hello 2006!!

2230hrs, we made our way to the esplande bridge, grond zero for best view of fireworks show. haha... alot of squeezing lah, but at least the view was worth it... surprisingly we came at such late hours we still found some front row view on the bridge. Hee... or i'm smart lah... squeeze everyone to the right location. hee... me as pointman zai right! Anyway the lazy foo ji kun camp out with his gf at bakerZinn. Claim got the best view. No need to squeeze, got aircon... haha... Carry on bluffing yourself lah foo! haha... 2330hr all the nice lights prop in the river comes to live. wah... impressive! then 0000hrs! FireworKS!! speechless, breathtaking... whatever u call in, i've never seen so much, so awesome fireworks before!! 10mins of fireworks! haha... & i caught it on video! haha... For those who stayed home to sleep... haha... LOSERS!!
